Opening Hours of Lei Yuen Mun

Lei Yue Mun Seafood Bazaar and more

Most restaurants open around 11:30a.m. and close around 11:30p.m. though there is no time limit for visiting the seashore, lighthouse and temples nearby.

The majority of people visit in the evening for dinner, but an earlier visit will allow you to see more.  Lei Yue Mun is not just about seafood.  The stilt houses, lighthouse and temples are all worth visiting.

 

Hong Kong Museum of Coastal Defense

Close: The museum closes on the first two days of Chinese New Year and every Thursday (except public holidays).  Otherwise, it opens

Open: Monday to Wednesday and Friday to Sunday from 10a.m. to 5p.m. (close at 6p.m. during weends and public holidays in July and August)
